Caleb was very helpful, had great customer service skills.. Didn't give 4 stars because they didn't carry enough of a variety in wide boots therefore we couldn't find what we needed.

Spent an hour in the store and not one person came up to me to offer help. I thought it was customary in a shoe store that over 50% of their boots are 200 + dollars. Not one shoe was in a box. All there shoes are thrown up on the shelves where you have to identify the tag where ever it is at to see what size it is. This takes for every to find anything. And luckily I got to listen to tejano music while I chicken pecked my why through their inventory. I gave up. I'll go to the one in Midland later. This is definitely a management problem.

No one offered help in the boot section, but my daughter and I took our time to each pick out a pair… but then there was no one to check us out, we stood in line for ten minutes and my daughter asked a nearby associate for help. She said she would be a second hit that point I was frustrated, and will go and spend my money somewhere else, such as my local boot barn. Bad experience all around at this one, my money will just go elsewhere.

I was in this store for an hour and no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. When I finally found a pair of boots, the cashier was lackadaisical at best. Then she told me they don't provide boxes for the boots. $220 for a pair of boots and no box??? The ladies that work in this store need serious re-training and to understand how important customer service is.

Caleb was awesome and very very helpful! Needed some new work boots so went in yesterday and he went right to work helping me pick out the right pair. He was not pushy, but very knowledgeable about the different types of toes that are now available that meet safety standards. He really was great all around and I appreciated Caleb and all of his help!
