“Everything is very good in the establishment, except for the meat prepared al pastor. They prepare it too salty.Edited (4/28/24)My fifth time trying alpastor meat. And each time, it has come out with better seasoning and less salty than when I wrote the review. Very good, I recommend it.”
“Decent butcher shop, small but has enough variety, never had the restaurant I think I will try it next time. The cashiers half make faces at you and lately the butchers don't know how to differentiate between a tbone and a tithe but why complain!”

“I love coming here. For the longest time it was the only place I could find Tri Tip and they have a great selection of salsas, marinades, beer breads and my favorite candied jalapeños. Dewayne is always so pleasant as is everyone who works in the store and I will gladly spend the extra money for the quality of meats that they offer!”
