I order propane last week, I have been told for darn near a week straight someone would be here. They gave my neighbor 200 gallons because it was "dark," mind you I've got the most illuminated house in the park. And every day since its been late, although they were fast to charge my debit card 2 days ago with no explanation. If I didn't use propane to heat my house and cook food I wouldn't care. But if you enjoy heat and food, there are a dozen company's better organized. Pico being one I've used that can somehow fill a tank without you drawing a crayon colored map of the property.Also* edit since last post. Nice to the owner stroking the positive comments instead of negative. Definitely ensures I never use them again.

Was first contacted about 1-2 months ago to work for Butch’s propane (one of the shared companies under Tyton holdings as is Rolfson oil) through indeed. I did not submit an application or anything, I was contacted. I was interviewed and called the next day that I got the job and would start Friday. Then I got a call on Friday that a mix up happened and the position was rushed and I would not be given the job after all. Fast forward to now where I was called to have a last minute interview the day of. I dropped everything I was doing and drove 1.5 hours due to traffic to make the interview which lead to me shadowing for about 2.5 hours. I was then told to come in Saturday morning to train and get a feel for my future job. Didn’t hear anything for a week and was told I got the job and got a job offer sent along with some documents to fill out and sign and told to show up on Friday to finish onboarding. I go the next day to do onboarding and drug test just to be told 5 hours after that the position was rushed and that would be taking back the offer, AGAIN. Each drive there is 47 minutes - 1 hour without traffic. I find it very unprofessional that not only was I the one contacted to work there but all while constantly giving the same reason as “the position was rushed and not thought through”. I also was told I would not be paid for any of the hours spent there not even the Saturday I did actual work. Be wary if you are contacted to work here as I hope it’ll not be the same experience for you.Edit: I was called and received payment for my time spent there.

We paid for services a week ago and still have not received any propane. We are located 2 streets behind their shop. Very poor service
