Took my vehicle in, the guy that took my claim “Jared” told me i would get my truck back in a week, it took two weeks. Then i go pick it up n the paint starts chipping off immediately on the drive home since it was raining. “Jared” also said he usually sends updates every two days but i never got an update from him, so i would call him or txt him n no answer. The times he would reply is to say he was on the other line n would call me back but never got back with me. So i took my truck back to get it repainted, to fix the lock that they didn’t fix right the first time, n to replace a chrome trim that they didn’t glue right but they didn’t even tuch the trim, he told me they cost $180 to replace so obviously he did look it up but it was never replaced. The lock was finally fixed right n the truck was repainted but they left paint on my windows, tape all over the truck, n for some reason the interior was left extremely dusty (i take very good care of my truck n NEVER have it looking like that) it seemed they did it on purpose since the first time i picked it up it was not like that. “Jared” also said that the second time i took it in he would only need it for two days but it took a week for him to get back with me. Took the truck in on a Tuesday called him on Thursday n he said the truck had been in the paint booth the day before at 4:30pm. So he finally gets back with me on Friday n said the truck had barely gone into paint n would not be ready till the following week. Again seemed like it was done on purpose so I wouldn’t have my truck over the weekend since i had no rental. All in all it was a horrible experience n will never go back to them. “Jared” is a very polite guy in person but very VERY unprofessional over the phone. Will contact my insurance company to get the chrome trim replaced, the one that i guess he wanted me to buy myself since he told me it was only $180. I don’t recommend this place at all!!!

The staff at Caliber Collision were all GREAT! - from reception to completion - the receptionist, the assessor, the shuttle driver - everyone was GREAT! The repair work was magnificent and done well before the time I was quoted. I will recommended to everyone I know. Good job Caliber Collision!

Slow to respond at their office. Trash was left in vehicle. Inside trim was not correctly put in place. Sanding dust on interior of the vehicle.

I stopped by to see if someone could help me with my bed cover real quick. 5 minutes, tops. I just needed to make sure I was closing it correctly bc it would not stay shut. I was told no one had time right now and I could make an appointment. I get it. Everyone is busy, but come on. So, I went just down the road to Epic Collision Services, and Sergio took a few minutes and made a small adjustment, and fixed the issue.
