“I’ve had several oversized bathroom mirrors cut to size by Permian Glass over the past few months and have never been disappointed.
Every visit has been quick, easy, and professional. On one occasion, we had a minor misunderstanding regarding a mirror size. While I was explaining the situation to the counter staff, Shannon (who I believe is the owner) stepped in. After I briefly explained the issue, he immediately said, “I’ll take care of this and get it back to you today.” No questions, no hassle, just great customer service.
As promised, I had my mirror back the same day. That kind of service is hard to find. The quality of their work is excellent, and everyone there is just great to deal with.
