had a really disappointing experience. I always have my kids with me, thats just life, and I use a Wonderfold. I handle it just fine and didnt ask for anyones opinion.
When I walked in, an employee looked at my stroller and said, “Yeah, I dont think thats going to fit in here.”
Like… how rude? It was completely unnecessary.
This is literally a childrens store. Parents with strollers, big or small, are the main people who shop here. Youd expect the space to be stroller friendly and the staff to be understanding, not dismissive.
the comment made me feel unwelcome for simply bringing my kids with me.
Overall, it was an unpleasant experience and it definitely made me rethink shopping in store at Carters again.

Visited a couple of weeks ago and had a great experience, the lady that took care of us was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for, she was also very kind and patient with my daughter who was having a hard time deciding on what color to wear.

Really upset with how the store organized. Boy and girl clothes is mixed. I prefer boys on one side and girls on the other now it’s hard to know which is which ?

Have always got my baby’s clothes from there. Always gots great deals and beautiful clothing. Kinda sucks that I couldn’t return for a bigger size bc I didn’t have the tags but did have the receipt… no one knew if I could or couldn’t so I got no help: but all is good.

This is honestly where I buy the majority of my baby girl's clothes. There is always clearance and you can always use the coupons they have when you cash out which is 20% off or 15% off. Like someone mentioned before bulkly strollers are a bit hard to maneuver through the store but if there is a will there is a way. The people that work here are sweet and are always happy to help. Overall I love this store and highly reccomend to mommy's looking for a good deal.

The staff were very nice, the set up was awful they have clearance items everywhere, which meant I checked out 3 different times because I didn't see it in the clearance area. I also think they should make the isles to have enough space to get a stroller through easily, I felt like I needed to wear a corset to get through!
