Sent me an invoice for repair on a piece of equipment that I rented from them that stopped working. Literally was using the machine what it is used for when it broke. Read contact if you don't call to pick it up they will charge you even though you told them to pick it up when you rented it

Thus far this is the best place for my needs to rent equipment. Their prices have always been very competitive. And very generous with their help and time.
