The FACT that the tellers can’t even READ a US PASSPORT correctly defies all knowledge?? Who hires these people???
I thought a bank was a prestigious job??
Teller refused me service because she kept stating my Passport was expired and couldn’t verify me because i didn’t have my debit card but had my credit card AND VALID ID.
My passport expires until 2027 and was issued in 2017???
But why argue with a wall.
Will not return.

The manager needs to know more about Her job. I went on a Tuesday to open an account. She told me that my full second first name was on my passport and only my initial on my US documents. After asking her colleagues, she told me that it was not a problem and that I could open it, but that I should come back on Saturday. I am here on Saturday and it seems that she forgot everything and told me that the account could not be opened and that she was the manager. What I think is that they do not like to work on Saturdays... I like Chase. I hope one day to be able to open an account with them...

After reading all the reviews about Chase bank, I’ve decided to stay with my bank. At least at my bank all the ladies there are very friendly and they work very hard. I was going to choose chase bank because they are close by, but not anymore

I drove from Pecos, TX to the Odessa branch because I needed to deposit a high amount check and when I got there I got asked if I was a U.S Citizen by the teller at the front. Not to mention they didn't even greet me. Seems to me like they racially profile certain people at this branch if you don't fit their standards reading the other reviews. Save your time and look for another bank they are of no help, customer service wise and in person.

It’s incredible to me how your ATM machine that is next to the drive up tellers is ALWAYS, ALWAYS! Nonfunctional. Because of this I feel like closing my account with Chase and rather go with Bank of America that is right next door is always functional. I have been charged 3 dollars of fees multiple times because your ATM’s are never working.

Three times I have gone to that bank, they always treated me as if I were different from them. The first two times, for them, something was always missing and I couldn't open my account with them. The third time, I had many questions. I already had everything in hand because this time I needed an appointment that I had to wait three weeks, I felt discriminated against for being Cuban.
