The clothes always comes back just as requested. Thank you. Usually they are very nice ladies. But this time the lady at the drive thru was rude. Sheeesh

Extremely unprofessional. When I called to inquire about my clothes, the person on the other line was unhelpful stating that they don’t have my record on file. She claimed that I had picked up the clothing the day prior, but I informed her it certainly was not me because I live out of state. They responded with a curse word, and asked their coworker to describe the person that picked them up. She reported back to me that it was a “little mexican lady,” and said that they could potentially give me footage of the person picking up my items. Very disappointed that my items were given away without my knowledge and that they didn’t seem to ID the person they gave my belongings to. I would not recommend utilizing this cleaning service.
