Had a terrible experience dealing with this company. They had my ice machine for almost a year. Their shop tech supposedly had it fixed after all that time, but when the tech brought it out and hooked it up, it wouldn't make ice and was having the same problem it was having before i called them. Also, to top it off, the tech was very rude. I believe his name was Shane. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. And I definitely wouldn't want a rude person like the guy who brought the machine back out here.

This place is a scam stay away!! Sold us a defective ice machine and charged us thousands in repairs when it’s under warranty. There repair team doesn’t fix anything charge $120 an hour to fix all they do is stand around. Don’t buy from them!

I bought an ice machine and it ran for a little over 30 days and stopped working. Commercial ice isn’t willing to help us out because the warranty is only good for 30 days. They are pushing us to lease a new ice machine. Why would we lease when we paid full price for a machine that we thought would last? Come to find out, the machine wasn’t even refurbished. It came straight from one place to our business without them checking it. We over heard a conversation confirming this. We were also told that if you lease a machine you get first priority if something goes wrong. In other words, if you spend your hard earned money to BUY the machine, you get screwed if it breaks.

Absolutely the best service I’ve ever come across!!!! I travel for a living and have been shafted soooo bad by companies that realize your not a local. Paul came out twice to help me and was by far the best service tech I’ve ever come across. Highly recommended and will definitely use their service again. Sorry!!! I forgot the receptionist name but super helpful as well and made it all happen. They were booked solid and came out after hours to help me.Thank you all!!!!

Would recommend finding some one else other than this company. Had our machine for about 2 months not fixed the manager very rude tryed charging $1000 for parts we didn't need when asked what was wrong with machine got told "we don't know have not looked at it yet" after 2 months of having it but was getting charged for parts ?? that's crazy buisness ran poorly by my experience except for the lady's up front very kind lady's.

I was sold a machine that I was told would work great for what I needed it for. I looked to him as the one that would know, needless to say he sold me a machine that does not work great for what I needed it for. Went all the way to manager and now after dealing with them, tech support, service men, etc. I have a machine that does not work great for what I needed it for. And to this day NOT EVEN A SINGLE ONE of them has had the courtesy to give me a call or even give me some suggested resolutions. This is one of those cases where you need to be smarter than your salesman, employees and manager. Do the research yourself BEFORE trusting they want to sell you a machine that will work for your needs. Obviously it is all about the money for this company not the need for their customer.
