Best bank! I have never had any issues with anything! After being here for five years I can honestly say it is the best! The tellers are so nice in person or drive thru! As soon as you walk-in they are very nice and welcoming! Five stars for sure!!

Over the past year i am very sad to say I feel the bank has really gone down hill. So much so that they are closing in on a year of lobby closure. Maybe it's just me I just like being able to go inside to do my business (and found out today 2-16-2021 you cannot order foreign currency from them either) I am going to end this 20+ year relationship and will be moving my money and business elsewhere.

The bank is great, however the drive-thru line wait is ridiculous! All other locations run quickly & smooth, this location is the slowest of all so plan on at-least a 10 or 15 minute wait at minimum.

I just can not explain in words how invaluable Denise Rivas has been to myself and my family! Odessa is such a hustle and bustle place and customer service is on the brink of extinction there. However, no matter how busy Denise is, and she is super busy.... She is always so professional and makes me feel as if I matter even though I am a small pebble in the larger picture! Way to go Denise!

I have nothing but good to say. Do not understand the issues with the debit cards mine has worked great since day one but I don't skate around on it like some must do.

$20.00 debit card replacements are a joke.. no walk-in Locations open on Saturday period. I refuse to use the drive thru. They deposited a chexk in someone else's account, they fixed it but I had to wait till monday

They charge twenty dollars to replace debit cards that wear out and won't read. They expect the card to last you until the three year expiration date runs out, which it won't if you actually use it. I asked him if they had plans to support Android pay or Apple pay and he acted like I was stupid for asking.
