WORST service ever!! We went looking for a recliner on Monday the 15th, the one my mom wanted wasn’t available. So we chose another recliner, we were interested in buying a Mattress, well it wasn’t available, my niece wanted a playhouse that was a display on the floor, well it wasn’t available. I get a call today letting me know that the recliner we chose was damaged and it won’t be available until June. How is this place in business??

We had Maria and she was fantastic. Helped us find an affordable furniture set and bedroom set while getting our delivery bundled into one so we could have all our furniture the same day. The whole staff was super courteous to me and my husband and even interacted with my toddler when he started to get ancy. Couldn't recommend a better sales associate or staff to help with your furnishing needs.

Had Angela she was sweet but very pushy. To be nice because i was just looking i went ahead and let her pull my credit the second time we went there that was about 2 weeks ago fast forward to today and i received a credit card in my name she didnt check my qualifications she opened up a new credit line and my credit dropped 30 points from a hard inquiry

Purchased 4 grand in merchandise. Upon pickup the furniture was not opened for defects nor was I advised to check. Due to my work schedule I wasn't able to fully unbox my new furniture for weeks. Once I did it was broken and shoddy quality in general. Asked to return my whole order because I found better quality solutions for MUCH cheaper but was unable to. The merchandise was brand new and unused but because of strict return policies, I was told no. On top of that, I have had numerous issues with auto pay not working with the Synchrony home credit card they sold me racking up unfair fees for months. This is just another pathetic big-box retailer that sells the cheapest stuff possible at premium prices, another scam on the American people.
