GREAT customer service is what my husband said. I went to the location across from Walmart and had a horrible experience. The ladies here were very helpful and extremely nice.

Above and beyond does not even come close to how great the service was at this specific location the manager and her whole team was beyond great to me and my wife during our transition over and help with everything from start to finish from transition from old company to them to device picking and activating and helping us know how to set up online accounts and get in the online account to even auto pay and such a amazing friendly environment so welcoming and supportive we appreciate them so much and would recommend anyone go directly to this store !!

This store was by far the best cricket store I have ever walked into. Both of the ladies working at the store greeted me immediately. They were very well-educated answered all of my questions and made sure that I got good. Durable phones for my 2 young girls. They also put screen protectors on the store was clean tidy and they were very polite. I would recommend anybody to this store. And this will be a store that I visit from now on. If I could give them more than five stars I definitely would thank you ladies.

Best cricket hands down.! Even though I have T-Mobile but I wouldn’t go to any other cricket besides this one. Fyi I live 9 hours away and I still wouldn’t go to the crickets back at home. Amazing management very helpful
