Omg !!! The girl that works there is super kind and knowledgeable. Would recommend this store better that the other 2 stores they were rude to me there but not this store she very respectable.

The one on 8th Street has some very attentive and helpful girls who help people with great kindness and patience. I recommend it.

I changed my pay, and they did that. But, my wife needed to use the bathroom, and the lady said, "NO public bathroom!" I'm sure if her friend asked, there would be no problem! Very rude! We have been to the cricket in Midland on Big Spring, and they let us use their's! We had to go to Cici's to use the bathroom. That's what they call good customer service?

I really don't know how they keep customers coming to this location. The past three times I have been in this store for a purchase they have been extremely rude and disrespectful. First time we waited a hour to finally talk to a rep just for the employees to let someone who just walked in to take our place. If the people working the desk don't know how to deal with customers in a professional manner, they shouldn't work in customer service related jobs. They almost didn't help me when I told them that my anxiety was getting high. They said I could go to a different store if I was having an anxiety problem. Unacceptable.

Don't have any real good deals for new customers. It once cost 30 to get a phone and it one. It's really close to 100 now. Sad

Waiting in line for 40 minutes and they help some guy that just walks up to the counter. No customer service and they act like they don't know what they are doing here very rude.

The employees are not VERY helpful in assisting with issues with your phone. I still haven't gotten the issue resolved. I had to get another phone and I hate the new phone that I'm stuck with!!
