Place was pretty good, a lot of the reviews say otherwise, but the people in there were very nice and it was a very clean.

Had the worse experience here. Ladies at the front were awesome. The little doggie was great it just wanted cuddles and to be pet. Lady in the back who took My specimen was terrible. Was super rude to me. Told me I had to go. I told her from the beginning I wouldn’t be able to go just yet. Was not welcoming at all. I have the ability to choose where I go. And I will def not go. She needs to learn some manners. I have an uncle who owns 20plus urinalysis companies in Texas. I even got certified myself. It’s a hard job to do I get it but dang af least show some common courtesy.

Seems like more than just my husband have had the same issue with the same old lady at this place. Saying temp isn’t right. And making people retest for no reason, Even though it read 98 degrees. SHE WAS RUDE FROM THE START, think they should re train this lady. Body temp can range from 90 to 100 degrees. She obviously doesn’t know what she’s doing or know how to treat people.

This place is a joke they dumped the urine out and stated that it wasn’t enough and then said it wasn’t the right temperature would not recommend them?

Took the drug test, the lady stated the temperature was out of range...taken a rediculous amount of drug tests and have never had someone tell me my pee was out of range...then they tell me that I cannot leave to get my work phone or it will be a refusal. The lady was rude and didnt give me any insight on what was going on..Very poor service, Ive never dealt with a place this pooly run.

Good place to do your drug test, just follow the instructions they ask for and it doesn't take long for anyone who owes nothing to fear if you know you're clean you don't have to complain about anything and if not then better don't do the test and don't blame other people of their simple problems

I know that the CRS staff has to deal with unhappy people all day and are likely not treated respectfully all the time, but a little more common courtesy would be helpful.I heard my name from a female voice ... looked up and there was no one there. I had not won the random lottery in a long time so because of the seemingly continual construction going on I was unfamiliar with where to go. I had to ask another lotto winner where I was supposed to go. A little courtesy to wait until acknowledged would have been nice. I went just a few steps through the opening where everything else went well.A female Team Member (my wife) who also won the lottery, had ridden with me to CRS to be tested. She was called by a male employee who took her "way in the back to a corner" to the point that she became uncomfortable and asked where they were going. Of course the fact that he had the personality of a door knob and grumbled something along the line of "This is where we always do it." did not help.Being Professional and being rude are not the same thing. Plus, I would highly recommend that females being tested be escorted back by female staff - especially since it seems to be "way back in the corner" somewhere.

They said my husband's pee was too hot treated him disrespectful I had a doctor's appointment for my 4 month So he didn't wanna be late but I already was so she marked him as he refused poor lady need help with talking to people

They placed an order with us and we have been trying to collect the $3000 they owe us for the order since July. We still have the order but they either lie or don't answer the phone. Legal matters possibly next!
