The pharmacist at the cvs by the mall is the worst. Rude and confrontational is the nicest things to be said about him. When prescription is two weeks late after calling multiple times he replies oh we just ordered today and when we check again he states we ordered it we can't make them send it. Told us to call another cvs... never had this issue with Walgreens but our stupid bcbs plan only lets us do crappy cvs or mail. So frustrating!

Transferring all prescriptions. The pharmacist is rude and belligerent! Wait times are ridiculous. They apologize and say they are short staffed. Isn't every medical profession? It's no excuse for rude, unprofessional behavior. Being stressed, rushed and short staffed causes mistake. I understand that. But own the mistakes and make them right rather than continuing to argue with the patient when you know you're incorrect. It's hard to communicate when they close locations without warning due to lack of staff and the automated system puts a person on hold for hours. I know someone who attempted to have a prescription transferred to a different CVS but couldn't because they had it "in process" and the location was closed due to lack of staff. A friend tried to get scripts transferred and it took days because the new pharmacy couldn't get anyone to answer the phone! They staff are secure in their positions because of the staffing shortage and their behavior goes unchecked. The rest of the store is self check out! Increase profits while decreasing the number of jobs. Then complain if someone steals. Laughable and frustrating. ZERO STARS! It forces you to give at least one.

There is no sign posted in the minute clinic to wear a mask. I sat down and was asked to wear one. Alma Martinez refused to see me without wearing a mask, even though the other employee told me masks are not required. I had no respiratory symptoms as I was there for a suspected UTI. It's discrimination for having a brain...

If you use the app to order RX, sometimes it say "RX in process" and they don't tell you when it's ready for pick up! I have been waiting for 2 days for a RX to be filled. Can't reach anyone on the phone ever to find out if it's ready and some din g don g just forgot to state it so it's just sitting on the app in limbo. If you go to the store and voice concerns of issues like nobody answering phones or can't get RX filled in a timely manner, they always try to say it's because they're short-handed. Well, everyone is. Stop using it as an excuse. And I might be more understanding if I didn't see two people stand behind the taller counter inside where they are actually "filling" bottles, and they're just standing there chatting. Get busy! Stop chatting. We're all tired from working short-handed. It doesn't mean you can slack at "this" job! This is medicine people. We can't runout because you're tired. Come on!!
