This CVS being one of the only stores in the area that is open 24/7 is it's biggest selling point. After about 10 p.m. the employees become more of an overnight stocker than customer service and it doesn't seem to matter what time you go, you will be checking yourself out on one of the two self checkout registers (pay no mind to the three regular registers next to them!) And you better not try to check out without being a CVS Rewards member! The employees will all but make you give them a phone number before you scan anything! It's a CVS. It's clean and there are no blank spots on the shelves, what else could you ask for?

I understand the employees of the pharmacy have lunch from 1:30 to 2:00 pm . I arrived at 2:10 pm and there was no one working . The drive through was locked . Waited 10 extra minutes and still no service . Very poor customer service , rude employees , long wait times .

I switched to the East side location by the mall because the location on West University has very rude employees, extremely slow service, and the store is filthy. The atmosphere at the East site is so much better.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited over 45 minutes in the drive through line to pick up my prescriptions. I was told my insurance was not on file, then told my insurance was inactive. I did verify with my insurance is active and told that the transaction was not even attempted through the provider CVS to be processed. The young man at the window was not helpful at all. It was terrible service and I do not have my needed prescriptions.

The people were rude, said my prescription was ready then when I took off work to go pickup they changed the pickup status to not ready then just told me to come back tomorrow like i was wrong for coming in!

11 year customer at the pharmacy. The last few years it could take me 3 hours of waiting in line inside to get my prescription because the pharmacist thinks he’s smarter than everyone. Today was the last straw. My medicine was sent to them at 8, they filled it at 6:30. I need it for an appointment tomorrow. When I got there I was told my ID wouldn’t work and I needed a drivers license. This guy is ridiculous. I’m done here.

The pharmacy is always so busy. No one answers the phone. Techs are not people friendly, the tech asked me 3 times What can I help you with. 3 times I told her that I needed help to get a BP machine. Because they are locked up. Finally she call someone to help me.

They do their best. Just like any Drug store in town they all have daily struggles. I think they are up town and all around great.

I went to CVS pharmacy to pick up medication for my son, and there was only one girl working after midnight and people were stealing and she was not paying attention. She was not safe in this pharmacy and I did not feel safe. There should have been at least another person working with her. Something needs to be done about this. I will not go back to this place. It is not safe after midnight. If you care about your employees , You need to make sure they are safe.
