Been here 3 weeks now the neighbors are friendly, mind there own, the staff are great and parking isn't too congested not to mention 300' away there are storage units

If your in pipeline and have to up and leave at no notice do not stay here. They are rip off artist find another place. They have no compassion for anybody they are all about stealing money.

The park it's good it self its just the pump jack next to it stinks really bad we had to move out couldn't handle it we were getting bad headaches

I help with the ground maintenance, mowing, weed eating. Good people friendly, neighborly, residents look out for each other. They have on site propane tank for refilling bottles, water, trash bins, septic. Owners are good people and helpful.
