But please do yourself a favor & shop around. I would not, in good faith recommend this particular carrier, unless you’ve exhausted all options (meaning as a last resort)
In my short 6 month employment here, I cannot even tell you how many ppl were mis informed about how their coverages would work. For example, 1 being the rental reimbursement, the name says it all. You pay for your rental first & then they reimburse you at a later time (10 business days approximately)
Not all agents are created equal!
Where the training thr agents receive on how to work the actual system is above average for sure (it’s not perfect) The actual customer experience is not at the top of their list. I’ll explain, forget about the fact that calls are recorded. They are not recorded for your protection but rather the co. So calling in to file a dispute is going to be a nightmare because there is no one in office to truly “fix” your dilemma. You can’t ask to escalate cause the DSM’s (the ones in charge) have strictly prohibited from even giving out their work emails out to customers. Do you are at their mercy. Anywho, it’s a great stepping stone to introduce you into the business, but this is a “micromanage” style of job. Your potty breaks are timed “7 min”, amongst many other stuff. Proceed with caution & there’s a reason for such a huge turn over, you can’t survive in today’s economy with $17 an hour.

After my policy “ghosted me”, I had to call Direct Auto and see what was going on. I HATE automated customer service so being able to speak to a human being was extremely helpful. I was transferred a few times but every person I spoke to was very kind and helpful. However, one stood out to me. Isela Ramirez was the final representative I was transferred to and she was amazing! Not only is she very kind and professional but she is very down to earth! She helped me as fast as technology would allow but I enjoyed my time on the phone (never thought I would say that calling customer service)! She helped find a solution to my problem and resolved everything before we got off the call. Somebody give her a raise! Thank you so much for all your help and assistance Mrs.Ramirez! I hope I never encounter another issue with my policy but if I do, I know who to call! Definitely made me a long term happy customer :)

Yossira Balquier Helped me and my family received the best Auto Insurance at the cheapest rates. We hold an SR 22 and Yossira was able to get us a low monthly rate of $75 such an amazing company to work with people that have had previous issues with insurance/credit score issues The link that was provided in the email was broken to give her an overall review so I came on and googled Odessa Texas and went ahead and just put her name in for an insurance agent who has wonderful customer service skills and is able to keep up with the busyness of daily life. I literally was grocery shopping and doing all kinds of things while I spoke to her on the phone and she was able to get us like I said a cheap rate decent coverage all within 30 to 45 minutes. Highly recommend

Spoke to some girl named stephanie & she was so rude. I wish they had a corporate number to call. She hung up on me and everything. Horrible customer service. If you don't like your job, find a new one.

I will echo another comment on here that another satisfied customer left: "Miss Lazminda gave me good affordable insurance and has a great attitude and she was very helpful and nice" I will expand on this. She not only provided me with an affordable policy, but she spent an hour with me looking for a policy that provided me with great coverages on three vehicles. Her customer-focus was apparent. She can write the book on professional service and putting the needs of the customer ahead of "just making a sale". I hope in the future if I need anything, I hope I and helped by this valuable employee. I ended the call greatly satisfied with what I a set out to get; an affordable policy.
