These guys were flat out busy when I got there to get a flat fixed. They seem popular, but were short handed when I arrived; I waited 10 minutes and no one at the front counter could help me. I went to the other Discount tire in Odessa and they did well.

This location is the best in Midland -Odessa area. They helped me out,I was in a panic because I went to the location on Rankin hwy and was told nothing was wrong with my tire, I get on the highway with my kids in the car and my tire popped.. I came to this location the very next day and they took care of me... All the staff here is amazing!! Keep up the amazing work.

I have definitely learned my lesson about using this location. I spent 1,500 on a new set of tires, and got a whole clown show for free. Countless visits trying to get my situation fixed, HOURS waiting in their lobby for their mistakes to be fixed, and being completely forgotten about in the lobby. I also had TWO tires go flat within 30 min of leaving the store, due to improper install (leaving me stranded on the side of the road) Now, after my vehicle spent nearly two weeks at the mechanic getting a noise diagnosed that started when I left discount the last time, I find out that they left the old TPMS, valve stem and hardware loose INSIDE my wheel. I am beyond words from this whole experience. You pay premium prices for name brand tires, and get the run around for free. Also, if you want to talk about your customers, do so out in the shop because your waiting room isn’t that large, and we can hear everything.

Discount tire has always provided me with great customer service. I always get my tires from them, and the one time I had to use Firestone I wished I hadn't. They will patch tires even from the other guys and they repaired my tire free of charge. When they advise you on the safety of your tires I feel that they truly care and aren't just trying to get an extra sale. Make sure you make an appointment online because they're always busy!

Walked in late afternoon for new shoes on my truck. Adrian, was very helpful and his
customer service was top notch, give this man a raise!
Answered all my questions showed me different options to pick from.
First time customer and was a good visit.

Staff treat customers with respect. Waiting time is a bit long but understandable since business is full. I went for a rotation and balance. Now I have a low tire pressure on my dash. It seems only two tires were swapped? I’ll have to go back to get them recheck. This is a company vehicle and I travel long distances. Probably a mistake but that was my experience with this discount tire location.
