While on vacation I needed 2 tires on my trailer. They were great at giving me a great price and I got 5% off of that. It took longer than expected but they were very busy. Everyone was very friendly and they checked the air pressure in my other 2 tires and the spare. Thanks to every one that helped. It was over 100 degrees out but they worked very hard at getting my tires on and out when it was my turn.

If I could give “zero” stars to this shop, I totally would. A while back I purchased 4 new tires from them turns out, they put one size tire smaller on one of my wheels. This ruined the front differential in my truck, had to get it rebuild. It caused over $4000 damages on my truck. They supposedly started a claim, but the manager keeps ignoring. I will contact their corporate office and looking into file a law suit. This is completely unacceptable. My vehicle was in the shop for over a month and put me in a position to not be able to work. When they installed the tires, they also damaged the pressure sensor in one of my wheels. Extremely disappointed with this shop.

They lie about wait times just to get you to pay and after that take their time and milk jobs I waited 1.5 hours after my estimated completion time. 2.5 hours to change my tire on a Tuesday afternoon and fully staffed looked like to me. Never going back

I came in to get new tires put on a fleet work truck. Guy took my keys at 230pm. And said we'll get it done. It was 630 and these guys already locked the doors. I asked the what was going on with the truck. He went and found the guy who checked me in. They went in the office and came out and told me they didn't get approval for tires. Not sure if I believe them but I wasted 4 hours of my life waiting and still didn't get tires. Won't ever be back for sure.

My mom was looking for tires all around for her old '08 tundra, it's still running strong, this place treated her well as a veteran gave her 10% off and all it took was less than an hour. The staff was friendly, faster than expected as the wait time was 1 to 1 1/2 hours or was done in 50 minutes. My mother enjoys places that offer discounts for veteran patriots who served to give others freedoms they take for advantage. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what was offered.

I will never go back. I went online to PAY for 4 tires and scheduled service for the next day. I was charged over 900 and when I went to pick up my car they withheld my keys saying I didnt pay even after showing them the invoice and having their customer care center call them. Was over an hour before they gave me my keys. But not until they charged me a second time. 😡😡😡

Always super busy! Bought new wheels and tires. I got a smokin deal on some 37s that were discontinued but stock in amarillo. Scratched the wheels putting them on but overall a good experience i reckon. 4 stars

They damaged my front rim. On initial install of 6 tires. Went back and forth with manager saying it’s not discount tires problem it’s the warehouse that they get their products from. I was told I would get a call back … That was almost three months ago. For a place that specializes in tire and rim install these guys SUCk!!! I didn’t know OEM rims were such a hassle to get. This pic was at the facility back in November 2024.
