Went in on December 16th to get a gift card for my work secret Santa, something that should have been fast and easy. Instead was in the store for an hour. They charged my account and didn't even get my gift cards. Then when I asked for a refund told me they couldn't do it and the money should go back on my card. Never happened. So I went back to speak to same manager told me I needed to call my bank to have them put it back on my account. Funny thing though is when I called my bank they said they should have been able to do it. They didn't understand why they refused my refund. Point is # 23086 store in Odessa is very unprofessional and very rude. I have a reason to be upset and just because I don't want to believe the lies the manger was saying to my face. When I ask for corporate number they where very hesitant about it. Worst experience ever.

Very impressed with Sarena, whom was stocking the shelves with Valentine decorations, she offered to open the boxes since she said I'm the customer and that she was their for me.I said I didn't want to do that to her but thank you, she saw me again and said it would take seconds to open and it would be going on the shelf anyway.I've not had that customer service and felt the importance as a customer as I did today in years.She is definitely an asset to the company, and I pray she will be there again when I return, cause I will.God Bless you Sarena or Serena!!
