Absolutely outrageous no one in this store can speak English at all and than over half of their items are not for sale their excuse every time is that manager has not put item in the system so why even have a manager if they can't do their job.

This store has gone down the drain! They hired someone, that doesn’t know no English, she has brought in her friends and she’s told them to take over the register while she’s out on the floor. It’s different unemployed ppl. They all is rude, me and my family goes in there almost every day, and when we ask for things in English, they stand there and say no English. How are we supposed to get help if no one speaks English? How do I contact corporate?? You can’t even tell if the store is ran by a manager or not. I have never seen a manager there. This is on 1936 west Odessa.

Incredible how the store has changed today, it looked new, the organization was very noticeable and I left very pleased with the treatment they gave me.

I was picked up in Odessa, I stopped by the store to do some shopping, I was more than impressed with the organization and the treatment I received at the store… very pleased I wish all the stores were like this

Very clean and organized. The workers were friendly and attentive when it came to helping me with my purchases... it is one of the most organized Dollar G that I have visited so far, I will continue to make my purchases there because the store is very nice

Very, very poor!!Very lazy employees, and understaffed.Isles are over crowded with merchandise, not sure what the problem is, or why the employees refuse to restock merchandise.Every isle is over crowded, with stocking carts, this dollar store has been like this for at least a year now.It's quite ridiculous, and also very disappointing, I honestly think that if the refrigerated items were not stocked by their individual company's, I do believe they'd let that stuff sit in the isles and rot too.

This store is the most rediculous mess I've ever been in! You can't even walk thru it without having to move carts piled high with inventory that hasn't been shelved! They shelves are empty isle floors are completely full of stuff supposed to be hung up! Fire hazard every inch! It should be closed!
