False pricing and when asked the Lady told me if you don’t like it go to another store cause the chocolate bars was 5-5 dollars and didn’t care this is a standing trend at every dollar general I go to I find it false advertising and they mostly blame the distributors except this time

I went in to add money to a card. The cards app sent me to this store. The manager was loud and rude and wouldn't even try to add money to my card because it wasn't cashapp. There is other loadable cards besides cashapp. Anyway she was screaming at me when I told her she could have at least tried she literally told me to go somewhere else in her rude manly voice that was as ugly as she was. Not everyone has cashapp and people like her cashapp is all they know. The store is disgusting and in a disarray. Thank goodness this isn't my neighborhood Dollar General

The two women working at DG on Faudree around 1pm on Sat. 1/2/23 bashed the store and the community it serves. One was from NY and apparently doesn’t like Texas (go back to NY). They both were engaging in conversation not appropriate for business. The appearance of the store and customer service truly reflects the work attitude of those two. Very sad and disheartening to hear people talk so poorly of the store and community that are providing work for so many people, including those two. Do better DG!

This has got to be the worst Dollar General I have ever been to. It is always cluttered and with the uboats and you can’t ever get to anything that you need because they are always in the way of the shelves. Today I had to go in there to get a couple of times due to working on a project for work and there was a spill on the floor that was still there the last time I went in. The worker was on the same isle putting something back on the shelf and never cleaned it up or put out the wet floor sign. I would not recommend anyone going to this store. Go to the other one at the other end of Faudree. Super clean compared to this one and you don’t have to fight moving the carts full of items to be stocked trying to find what you need.The outside looks like the inside of the store. The whole parking lot is full of trash.

What a dump this place has become! It was hard to navigate the store with inventory carts scattered throughout the store. I was appalled by it all; there is also trash everywhere outside of the building. They need to find new management, ASAP!

Very disgusting store, floors are nasty, and sticky. The front of the coolers is covered in old food. The store looks like a tornado hit the inside. Nothing is where it's supposed to be. The parking lot is covered in trash

This store would be better if the manager would do their part and actually give the employees time to restock correctly. There’s been stocking carts for months now in the isles and the manager seems to be rude and treats the employees poorly. I hope this store gets its things together would really appreciate seeing a store in a great location being held under responsible management.

Management is terrible. DO NOT WORK HERE Employees hours arnt fair. Get treated poorly and are terrible with communication. Terrible store cleanliness. Trash everywhere its just a total MESS. They need a better management team, the current general manager there (HELEN) is horrible. Leaves employees unattended to do her work for her. Shes lazy and complains to employees for doing their jobs! It makes no sense on how poor you treat your store and employees. Utterly disgusting.
