Was going to purchase 4 items. Manager gave me a amount and I responded with what about my option to put my phone number to get coupons. To which she responded I'm not going to do it over and left me standing there. The most rude and horrible customer service I've seen. 4 items! 2 identical, so she'd have to scan 2 things twice!

Worst store and service ever I literally stood in line for 30 minutes with some baby medicine got to the register and the manager walked over to the cashier and made her try and work on another customer! Mean while the lady behind me had a basket full and she went to the next register so here I am just standing there looking at the manger as she’s the reason all of this is happen and she doesn’t say anything. I would not shop at this store and I live next door. Wish I could post no stars

The small lady with the ponytail slicked back is the most rude and unhelpful person I’ve ever met. I mean I guess what can you expect from the dollar store. It’s not Mary I’m talking about she’s wonderful but that other lady is an absolute waste of space and pay

This is the worst and nastiest dollar general ever. The employees are rude. I’d rather drive way into town than go to this one. It’s either no cash and card only or no card and cash only. It’s so ridiculous. Not to mention the plywood door that been there forever. I absolutely despise this store.

Dollar General on North 87th Street Odessa Tx " WORSE STORE "Worse Dollar General i have gone too!!!Bad No customer service, facility is VeRY dirty, shelves are ALWAYS EMPTY throughout. NOT one shopping cart inside the store to shop, floor is always clustered with items on floor...Outside trash can looks like inside of store homeless maybe leaves their.....

Employees are rude and will roll their eyes at you. The store is dirty, items are all over the floor. Employees never want to help(besides the young man). The freezers are never working.

Worst store ever!!!!! Out of milk constantly, coolers empty or shut off. Store cluttered, dirty. I don't understand why something isn't done to solve this problem!!!!!

Its against consumer laws to be charged more at the registar than what is on the shelve. Keep your recent and get hold of Texas attorney General and let them know. Ohio already sued them
