worst customer service, i came to ask if i can just exchange an item i have bought before and and a women that have white hair literally said no i told her that u have the bank receipt and she said no i understand that but the way she said it was super racist, after i said “it’s okey i will buy a bigger size then” she went to take all of them and take them to the office, when i was in the line to pay i ask another cashier if i could buy that one and the lady said “ no all of them are taking somebody already bought them, when she literally just took them to the office” and she said she was going to see the cámaras because she think we still them. but the first thing we did when we got inside the store was to ask if we can exchange it there is no way we can still it. really bad in general i will never come back to this location anymore.

I just left the dollar tree, I went with my brother and my husband to buy some toiletries, and there works a small lady with white hair about shoulder length, she is chubby, she has like a little hair in her beard, She seemed gringo to me and the lady was very predisposed towards us, the truth is I don't understand why or what the reason is, I told my husband to go out to the car and wait more closely for my brother because of the cold, and the lady went out until the door to see what we were doing, and when my brother came out he said something to him in English and he came in, he stayed looking and talked a little about things, we left and he stayed there, the truth is that if you don't feel like working or don't go, and if They are racists, first let the store get advice to see who the hell they hire. Have a blessed night.
