The Odessa office was very tune in to arriving customers. I was greeted by a very friend young woman of Indian descent and she immediately took my information. I was out the door within 10 minutes with her to inspect the vehicle. She gave me the keys and instructions. Upon return 10 days later I was lucky to have the same person assist me with my return. I was out of there within 10 minutes. The vehicle was great with gas and the service too.

Zero starts! This location is pathetic! Money hungry. I had a car rented from my insurance, I extended It by one day and they have the nerve to say the car has hail damage. It hasn't even rained in Odessa this week! And they kept my deposit for "hail damage" when I showed them the pictures of when I picked it up he said he still had to write a claim. They have pictures of the car with the damage already there when I got it. The last car my boyfriend rented it was left with the engine light on, needed an oil change and when he asked for another car they said no. Told him to keep the car and then send him a bill for the replacement of radiator, and a thermostat and labor! A bill of $2,000! Are you kidding me?? Absolutely disgraceful. Do not recommend, try the midland location it's probably better!! This is how the car was given to me. No floor matts, with the inside of the roof dirty also.

Make sure and take pictures of your rental before DO NOT TRUST them to be honest. They WILL take advantage of you and your insurance. Now I'm stuck paying even more for hail damage the vehicle supposedly got while I was driving it. I WAS NEVER IN A HAIL STORM. When I disputed it all that was said was that I was at fault they couldn't prove a date of the supposed damages. They will do whatever it takes to get any amount of money from you. The pictures they provided don't even show any actual damage. This seems to be common thing that happens with other customers. This was already stressful on top of having to get my car fixed. They do not care, they just want money for trash vehicles.

Not satisfied at all first they want to rip me off and give me a dirty truck. My insurance company is trying to get a hold of them and they keep blowing her off hanging up on her. Seriously something needs to change.And very dirty and dishonest. Not willing to do there jobs the right way.

Renting the car was easy, the people at the location were very pleasant and efficient. Amy time I had any issue they assisted me in a timely manner. ALSO!! The biggest point I want to make is the honesty of these workers!! I left an envelope with $1,000 cash in the glove box and 2 days later I went up there and they had it to return to me!!! Outstanding!

The people are nice and welcoming butThey don’t have many options for vehiclesFinally they got me a Nissan AltimaWhen I was heading to Dallas it shows the Oil needs Change after like 10 minutesThey need to pay attention to the vehicles before they release them to customersI’m disappointed ☹️

The staff is very friendly. They go out of their way to make sure everything is good for you with the rental vehicle. I highly recommend renting a vehicle from this location.

Zero stars. Both times were harrowing experiences. Customer service always is nonexisent. The cars are dirty, not ready. Oh wait. They wouldn't give us a car on the behest of our lawyer and an insurance company. Don't go here. It STINKS!!!!! I went to Avis. In in out in thirty minutes with a clean car and a nice and professional representative.

My husband waited 2 weeks through his USAA insurance to get a rental car. He called the day of the reservation to ask if they were sure they had full sized cars available. Upon arriving a male attendant rudely announced they only had mid size cars. My husband questioned why they lied about their inventory and was told they didn’t like the question therefore a female manager approached my husband with his id and insurance stating that she was not renting him a car. What is the problem with asking them about inaccuracy of their information and inventory. She was less than unprofessional and of USAA was notified as well. This is unacceptable behavior from a company manager. They are in the business of renting cars not excreting personal rhetoric where customers are concerned. She is the voice of Enterprise rental in this location and she should behave as such and understand that she is being paid to operate and answer questions.

Find another car rental place! Run don't walk! The customer service here is appalling. When I first called in to set up my rental through my insurance it was like pulling teeth to get things set up correctly. My son ended up having to use his own card until things were cleared up after many calls later. Along with that, in the end he got screwed for 7-800 because someone didn't clearly explain everything. And when I called in to complain the manager hung up on me! Yes, hung up on me. Does that sound like good customer service to you?!?! And the next person that responds to my Yelp (pretending to care) from enterprise... at least respond to my email if you're going to leave yours!

Had reservation to pick up truck at 8:15 am. Arrived early and said I had to wait 45 minutes after 15 minutes waiting. Told lady at desk that I had an appointment at 9:00 and could not miss. She did give me another vehicle to make appointment and told her I would be right back to pick up truck. She Okd. When I got back, I was told that she gave my truck away and had to wait another hour. Maybe it was just a bad day, but they should be more professional.

Had an accident Monday ,called insurance & was told to go online to Enterprise to set up rental. Went home & did it online & was told to pick up truck at 12:30 next day at Odessa office. My daughter had me there before 12:30 but when I walked in, they told me they had no vehicles but would try to find me one. After waiting a while girl told me they had a Ford car that they could give me. I told her I had signed up for a pu truck & she said thats all they had. I said ok then that I would take it. She said they had to clean it up. So I waited. Finally, same girl ( who was nice) came back & said she found me a truck but she had to go pick it up. I asked how long & she said about an hr. So I sat down to wait again. Girl comes back after about an hr & said she didn't know it when she told me but that the truck had to have an oil change before she could give it to me & then they would have to clean it up. I got upset because I had to wait so long & they kept telling me different things & I said a couple of bad words. I didnt call anyone a bad name or anything but I did tell them I was not happy with the service & having to wait so long when I had already arranged everything the day before. The nice girl apologized & went to take care of the truck. Another woman whom I had not spoken too took exception to my frustration & told me to sit down & shut up. I told her that I had not been talking to her & she told me again to sit down & shut up so I told her to shut up & do her job. I did not curse her or call her an ugly name although I sorely wanted to. She walked away & I sat down again to wait. A blonde woman came to the desk in front of me & asked if I had cursed her employee. I told her I did not but that I had said a couple of curse words. She told me I could not curse her employees & I said I didnt, I just said a curse word in frustration. The other woman had walked back over by then & looked at me & smirked at me & told the woman that I did. The manager(I guess) told me that I would not be allowed to get ANY vehicle & to get out of her pace of business. I called my daughter to come back & get me. I called the insurance company & told them what happened & the agent called & tried to get them to give me the vehicle. They refused. Agent called Midland & asked if they had a vehicle & they said "No." When I got home I called Midland also & they said they would have one on Thursday so I gave them my info. The man called me back & said the Odessa manager had put me on a "DO NOT RENT" list so he could not give me the vehicle. At that point I DID say bad words to him & told him that Enterprise Car rental can go to Hell. I then called my insurance agent & told her what had happened with Midland also . She was not happy with Enterprise either & it is my fervent hope that they end the contract with Enterprise & get another company to rent from. My daughter helped me & we went to Avis, where we had no problems at all & the staff was very helpful.

Update since post they waived the extra feesMy daughter schedule for a vehicle (I was the 1 taking her and her and her kids waiting at my house) yesterday never got then today late said had 1 was supposed to be a small suv but just front seat n have 2 kids then called asking if a dodge charger would work but they gave it away less than 10 minutes later then said only thing I have left is a larger suv but insurance wouldn't cover full cost so extra $5 a day. Tried complaining but....get home to find out its $14 extra a day ?
