After stopping somewhere else (Caliber) for help with something on my truck and being told no one had time right now and I could make an appointment. I went just down the road to Epic Collision Services. Sergio took a few minutes and made a small adjustment, and fixed the issue I was having with my bed cover. Now that is great customer service. Thanks again, Sergio!!!

Working with Estevan to get my repairs was great! He kept me in the loop of what was done, needing done and worked with me every step of the way! I would highly recommend using Epic Collision to anyone looking for a reliable shop with quality work. This is my second need for repairs in Odessa and them VS the other shop I used that rhymes with Baliber I will be a return customer for all repairs. Thanks Estevan for making this process as easy as it could be and delivering high quality work!

Car had minor damage and we paid out of pocket. Car was immaculate when we picked it up. Very professional work and in a timely manner. Estevan was great to work with and no overcharges. 100% would recommend them.

Worst service ever. Epic employee Gilbert was rude, and unresponsive. Attempted to reach out by phone for over a month. No response. Epic had over 100k in insurance checks. Luckily I recovered the checks but took 3000 in deductibles and never did the work. When I arrived to pick up the vehicles he aggressively rushed at me. Had to back up and get my coworker to step in front so I could get away. Craziest thing ever! All American Ford house will take care of you. Do not use EPIC. I even had our insurance carrier flag them for the area.

Well to start the owner is very rude and unprofessional. Epic had my car for about 2 months. When I got my car back it was two toned, my cigarette lighters didn't work the charging ports didn't work and the weather strip on my driver door was torn and there was a big glob of glue on it. Mind you my car was new, i had the car for about 2 weeks before this tragedy. And when l brought my concerns to Gilbert's attention, He tried lie to me sayin my car had not been painted and he told me to leave.

I have used this company before but I have always went through insurance. This time I decided to go out of pocket because the damage to my car was not too much. Epic collision is very unprofessional and dishonest. Everytime I needed an update my estimator was unavailable (not in office), every update on my car I got they always needed something else therefore further delaying my process. Not to mention from the day of estimation to the day of completion my prices doubled out of no where. They claim to say everything they do they have to up-charge so resetting your system is an extra fee, requesting parts, various miscellaneous fees. My fee went from 7k to 13k just for them to barely do a decent job. They do a lot of fraudulent up charges and claim to have a reason after you start asking them and making a complain. I would never recommend nor return here again. 0/10 for speed of service , -10/10 for honesty and professionalism and 3/10 for work completed.

Took my car there for repairs was quoted a price and was told it may change when the actual repair starts. Was quoted an additional cost when they started the repair. Went to see the car and was informed that their equipment could not calibrate the auto high beam and was given an option of either we take it to Toyota dealership or they would take it. We did not hear about an extra fee to have this service done. We were called to say that the car was ready and we had to pay an additional $500 which is the calibration fee plus Epic markup. Now how can you be charging markup on a service you could not and did not provide, furthermore you should have covered that calibration fee because when we took our car there it was working so you are required to return it with everything working perfectly. The cost of calibration I believe was already quoted in your labor cast. How can you be charging a markup on the parts your purchased plus your labor cost. These practices seems unethical and unfair to the customers. It's as if we are been charged twice for the service. Spoke to the manager and he was rude by trying to speak over me. Telling me I should just go pay the fee and come get my car. These practices are to be called out customers are not being treated kindly. Will never take my vehicle back to that place.
