I called for a quote on my window tint and they were really friendly. The secretary Brittany helped me out so much and answered all my questions. When i went in they assisted me quick and was out of there within 30 mins, I would highly recommend this place.

Important for anyone to know. After giving a description of the vehicle l was quoted $450 for ceramic tint which is their premium product. Upon arrival I was informed that it would actually be $600 because of the age of the vehicle. Keep in mind that I had given her the vehicle age a few days prior when I made the appointment. She mentioned that "the guys looked at it" and it would be best to leave it for the majority of the day and get a ride. I had previously informed her that I wouldn't have anyone with me,and that I was coming from out of town and that I would have to wait. She said previously that was fine and that it would be about an hour and 45 minutes or so which I was perfectly happy with. While I can work with wait time issue changes I can't understand the disrespectful tone with which this was relayed to me and the misdirection in price. Potential customers should be aware of this kind of service and to be prepared. You may not be satisfied with the level of integrity that you may experience. Get an estimate in person and do not trust over the phone quotes. As a believer integrity is most important to me. I'm sure that they have had happy customers, but unfortunately this was a bad and aborted start to an ongoing partnership. I had intended on getting additional vehicles tinted if the first one went well, but trust is important. I do wish them the best, but primarily hope they can improve their professionalism, integrity, and customer service. Bottom line-- Price went up when I arrived from out of town, and I was treated disrespectfully while I was being told where else I might be able to go.
