I love express, I shop here quite often. Very bad experience on this day: June 7th 2025. I’ve never seen such a bad experience with customer service in my 32 years of living. It seems like they let anyone with a job application work at these places. I walked in about 15-10 minutes before closing and was met with an employee clearly in a bad mood. She was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I thought she was a customer at first because of the way she was dressed (biker shorts and t shirt), I wouldn’t have known she worked there if she wasn’t behind the register. She was throwing the clothes hangers and the clothing on the table, she was also slamming the doors of the changing rooms. I could tell she didn’t want anyone in the store too because she loudly announced to her coworker that they close in 5 minutes. They didn’t even close in 5 minutes! I heard her conversation with a customer and I heard this employee give her attitude, so disrespectful, the customer was being kind too! The customer seemed upset after that as well. I walked out and didn’t buy anything since I didn’t feel like dealing with her attitude. We all have those days where we’re not feeling our best, I understand. But in no way, should you bring your negative attitude in the workplace. Lets be professional here and leave that at home and focus on your job. Quite disappointed with the service today, I expected classier behavior from this store.

Very disappointed about how careless the staff is here. My mother went to shop at your store today but when she went to make a complaint about a situation the employee was so disrespectful. I don't usually like making reviews even if the staff is a little disrespectful but this lady acted like she didn't even care. It seems like she hates working here because she was slamming clothes on the desk and dressed like she didn't want to be here. I get if you're in a bad mood but don't bring it to your job because it really shows. I suggest you do better on picking who you're going to let represent working for brand.

I went to your store today and I was disappointed about the customer service here. Unbelieveble how they let these people work here. They seems like they hate their job here. The lady who wasn't attending me was so ill-mannered it made me not want to end up paying for anything in the store. I suggest to not forgetting anything in the fitting rooms because it seem like they just throw everything away the moment they empty them out.

So I had a great experience, wouldve been 5 stars but I purchased 2 quite expensive top coats or pea coats whichever you call them. And as the young associate was going to grab me actual coat hangers (they are thicker to prevent contact being at a smaller point and causing a crease) and when she went to do that the manager or possibly assistant manager I couldn’t tell told her ‘no just a regular is fine’. It really rubbed me the wrong way, because if someone is purchasing not only one but two 298$ jackets I feel like I should have gotten the coat hangers with them instead of what I got. To prevent those creases in the wool. Other than that super wonderful experience. I wish I could’ve got the woman’s name who helped me pick the size, she was so awesome.

MY FAVORITE STORE!! The workers are NOT friendly at all. Express is such a classy, sophisticated spot and I strongly believe if you work there you should represent well. I was greeted or even acknowledged until I had a question. There is no pride in this store at all.

I've been here over 20 times. The Food is only good at least 2 hours after opening. They open at lunch(11pm) and they like to warm up the food from the previous day and it's very obvious by the texture. They rush to warm the food up because they have customers already waiting, which causes the food to still not taste fresh! So the sauce on the meats and noodles are so thick and slimy. The noodles are good on some days, not all days. It has a weird taste to it when it's bad. For the most part, They do make the price worth it when they pack the plate with so much tho! They just need to stop warming up previous food! I hope this helps. PS: this place isn't located at the CVS, it's located inside Music City Mall!

The manager was amazing and very friendly! They change out food every 30 minutes so that you are getting it fresh. They have a very good selection and will even make you fresh teriyaki stir fry. They are moving from the Midland mall to this new location on Midkiff and have a very clean and comfortable sitting area. Come visit as soon as possible!

The food was delicious, but I ended up getting food poisoning so.. yeah. The cashier was very friendly and they offered me samples of the meat before I ordered so I could know what I wanted to order. I really want to leave a better review because of the big portions and good flavor but I got food poisoning.
