Walked into store, was not greeted, store was empty. Went to counter and worker was on the phone didn't even smile to let me know she would be with me after the call. Finally she finished call but was not even close to being welcomed. Being in this store for the first time I was disappointed. And this is on University and west county.

First off walked in very clean and organized. Cara was very helpful. Very personable. Any questions I had she was right on top of it. Definitely recommend her for anything you need, she got us taken care of!

Awesome customer service especially with Celia she’s very professional. She’s always been very sweet, super helpful every time when we go and purchase. Store is also very organized and clean. We always look forward to going back to see if we can find what we need.

The store manager Celia Valenzuela has been absolutely amazing. I was in tears thinking i lost my necklace and ring and she was a huge blessing doing everything she could to make sure I was able to keep them.
