Went into this store yesterday to get some parts and no one at the front desk. Rang the doorbell twice. Seen ppl in the warehouse walking around and moving trash cans. Completely ignoring us. Stood there for up too 10 to 15 minutes. And then left.Thank you for letting me know this information. But still no good excuse for no one coming to the front desk to let us know. How do you know I'm not a business??? You would have just lost all my business. That is a really poor excuse as far as I'm concerned for someone not coming to the front desk. ?

The process of getting inside the building to pick up orders is ridiculous. You have to call and hope someone answers while you stand outside waiting to get in. So frustrating.
