Everything was fine, the service was fast, the guy at the counter was not bilingual but he understood what I needed.

Normally we all know this is JUST ANOTHER ERRAND to run...but the service here is quick. The employees are knowledgeable, polite and get you on your way quickly.

1) only one in line and it took 2 minutes for them to acknowledge me.2) immediately said they can't help me when I didn't have a label (fair enough) but rudely.3) I asked where I can get a label. Didn't know, but 2nd one said office depot.4) I asked where I might be able to overnight somewhere else. Said "I don't know, I don't work those other places." once again attitude was horrible.5) and both of them were not having a "bad day". Just less than mediocre attitude for a service position.Find anywhere else you can find for shipping.And note this isn't against FedEx directly, just these 2 particular staff. They were working January 8th, 2021, at approximately 2:00pm.
