My package said it was out for delivery at 6::30 am on July 3rd it is now July 11th and I still have not got my package all it tells me is your driver Osley is on the way well let me tell you something about this Osley driver he actually showed up to my house on July 3rd rummage through the back of his vehicle and comes to me and says something in spanish I was like what so he gets his phone dose a language translation shows it to me and it says the other driver is coming it's on that truck. If it's on a different truck why we're you at my house for that delivery? I'm pretty sure this fedex driver has stolen my package if not then where is it at?

I have been awaiting a package delivery for 14 mo ths DHL/ FED EX OVER 5000 in shipping fees a d now the apple card scam over 700 in cards today no delivery . I am a disabled veteran Debra Tossie is my contact never using them again Mark A Gonzalez

Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. My company was told by Fedex that our customer would be able to pick up an LTL shipment from the Odessa Fedex dock today, only to turned away. When we called to get answers, MaryJane Ceballos and Naomi were very short and unable to provide any answers besides “We’re the only two in the office and we don’t do that”. When we pointed out that we were not being helped very much, MaryJane was quick to state that we “wouldn’t let them talk” even though we were put on hold for more than five minutes previously by Naomi. Safe to say that my company will no longer be using Fedex LTL for shipments to Odessa after this experience.

I have been working at FedEx Freight for several years and am thankful for the blessings that have come from this. With the exception of some current management, this is one of the best places to work.

The delivery person delivered my package next door instead of my house. Apparently, they're so short on delivery drivers that they'll hire people not educated enough to be able to match 2 numbers together. It'd be appreciated if the hiring manager upped the standards a bit and hired people with enough brain power to understand a package goes to the house with the same number listed on the package, not a different number.

They are all a fake you can never find work with them despite their office staff or education or professional work ethics they have, it is a monopoly of work to any Feedex you go from the United States, they are all ffcckkk. The only ones you can talk to respectfully is with the drivers.

I received a delivery today. The box was left in the middle of my drive way. It could have been picked it up by someone. It was a very expensive item. I didn’t appreciate the lack of care for my item.

My shipment arrived when promised and was undamaged. The personnel were very professional and efficient. I would recommend FedEx freight for your shipping needs.

Just one word horror took some stuff for a company I work for you can’t pay at the facility unless you use a check you have to call the number to get an order quote then call another number to pay over the phone after they kept saying my tracking number wasn’t good. The facility was nice and was on standby with the phone calls letting them know I was trying to pre-pay for a tracking number to be activated all in all I was there for 2 1/2 hours trying to ship out a pallet. I wasn’t a very happy camper.

They left my package in another apartment that was not mine, the truth is I am very disappointed with their parcel service. I would have easily lost my package. Work better than they pay you for.
