Getting a loan from FBCU was so easy!! I filled out the application online, I got a call that I was approved and they got all the paperwork ready before I got there! I signed and I was done. It was awesome! Thanks FBCU!

My auto loan with First Basin has been a nightmare. When switching with Ford Motor Credit to FBCU several mistakes have occurred, such as:1. The check to clear out my auto loan with Ford was lost and I personally had to call FBCU to inform them and have them resolve the problem.2. The inaccuracy of my auto payments being reflected on my auto loan. When I pay more into my auto loan, the numbers do not match for the remaining balance.3. Every time I call for any assistance or visit a branch, service representatives do not have an answer to my issues, or give a proper follow up.I am sincerely disappointed with First Basin Credit Union’s service.

I had a great experience with the loan for my Car they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They advertise me the right way. Exelent service Kiana was my loan officer very nice lady thank you for all you do. I will come back that is for sure.

A few months ago I financed a car with this credit union I've had nothing but problems with them since then. When I make a payment they put the money wherever they want despite having clear instructions that it is a car payment. I have to speak with several different people to get it corrected EVERY SINGLE TIME. There's no way I would do business with them again and I'm actively looking to move my account elsewhere. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!

Very Disappointed, I have had an account here for years( since 2009) and want to open up another account they run a credit report on your credit and its a hard hit. Ridiculous.... Then today they wanted to hold my deposit for 7 working days, because the check is from an attorney's office they do not know. I have plenty of funds in the account to cover the check. I asked for the check back. The teller responded yelling and condescending "YOU HAVE A NICE DAY!" The funny thing is that I could barely hear her until then. Needless to say I am looking for a new bank and will close all my accounts in the near future.

The tellers do a good job, however someone is always parked where it is not a parking spot, but an exit to get back on to west county so that’s a little annoy that someone is constantly blocking an exit. I hope it not an employee and that someone does something like maybe put a no parking sign up.

This bank is the worst you have to call then to pay your bills or they won't allow it it is ridiculous I would not refer this bank to any one. Had money fraudulent taken out of my account and they treated me like I was behind it and had to investigate me I was out of town and they took my money from me where I was stuck out of town and they didn't even care.

As a customer for over 3.5 years and my wife for over 15+ years and considering all the money that’s circulated thru my account with only One overdraft in all these years, I was let down yet again. My wife and I needed help with a personal loan and met all the criteria and had all the documents needed for a small loan and were denied, not only once but twice despite pleading and being forth coming about why and what it was going to be used for. It’s always been my understanding that banks and even more so credit unions are there for their members and so on. Well, to date I still have not been able to cash one single check without the bank wanting to tax me for cashing it or will want to hold the check for 7 business days or simply come up with some other excuse to not help us out. My 1 star stands firm !!
