Don't waste your time with this bank. Worst costumer service. Lines take way too long. They can't never solve anything through the phone!

Normally a really good thing but now they’re gonna start later like around 11 o’clock now and that’s the first problem once they were open they had a line of like 20 people, but they were only helping one or two people at a time that’s ridiculous. I’ve never had that problem with this bank ever this one pacifically needs to get shit together. That’s ridiculous. I’m gonna have to switch to another bank I’ve been with his bank for about 10 years plus and I don’t wanna switch, but I think I will

Not convenient for anything but check cashing. Definitely a no go for LLCs/business banking.
I opened a business account. Tellers were as helpful as they were trained to be, but they couldn't answer any questions about business accounts. They couldnt even explain the basics of the 2 business accounts they offered and couldnt even tell me which account i was being signed up for. They kept telling me to sign and I'd get my questions answered later via phone call or email.
They said the only business bankers for that bank were across town, so I'd have to go there for answers. Went there and they said the only business bankers were 8 hours away in Dallas so I'd have to call there for answers, but they said there was no way for me to do so. I tried via the main phone line but the call center is terrible.
Ended up with the wrong bank account for large businesses and not small businesses, and charged monthly fees I didn't consent to.
Went to close the account and they said there was like a $300 charge for closing my account early. So they fraudulent signed me up for the wrong account even though I was very insistent on what I wanted, then extorted me to keep it open for months and pay their bs fees.
Went to close the account months later at a different location on east side and the manager told me it was illegal to give LLCs small business bank accounts and that I wouldn't find one anywhere in the country and told me I was mistaken when I said the LLC clients I bookkeep for have small business accounts with waived fees at wells fargo, chase, and Frost. He kept arguing about whether I experienced reality or not instead of doing as I requested to close the account.
Teller helped me close the account and then I had to manage the hassel of changing business bank accounts, all because I didn't go to a reputable bank to begin with for my business banking needs.
The only thing classy about this entire bank are the tellers.
