Worst service ever. Whenever you go to this bank for every little thing, they run in the back then they come to you then for next question they go in the back and come back again. Have you wait for unnecessarily long time either the girls don’t know what they’re doing or the banks policies are crazy.
I had my account with them for a long time and even to deposit a check once I did not want any money back just to make a deposit they would say that they cannot deposit the check before they have to verify. I have always deposited check in different banks and never had any problem. The only time they want to verify if you’re trying to take money back or cash it. I would not recommend this bank to anybody.

Very good experience with Ammy. She was extremely helpful and understanding. She was accommodating and understanding when I wasn’t fully able to explain myself in English she translated for me in Spanish. Awesome Customer Service!
