Been with first financial for 15 years and this branch is why I’m leaving. Don’t expect them to follow through with anything they say. The rest of the branches are awesome though.

I’ve banked with First Financial the last year and the last 2 months I’ve called to try to Refinance my car the Loan officer is always on lunch I’ve been told I’ll get a call back with 10 to 15 min and no one calls me. Last week I just did an online application they pulled my credit but I never got a call back to see if I was approved or not so I called today and the lady that is dealing with my loan isn’t answering go figure! I’m just going to close my account and take my business else where

I deposited 400 dollars into the atmosphere at the billy hext location around 2 am this morning. The receipt showed that it had been deposited but it never showed in my actual account. I called the bank and they are going to have to do an investigation and it could take up to 10 business days for the money to be put in my account lesson learned wait till they open and give the cash to a teller.

My fiance has an account there. She went to replace a card, I felt they were snobby, kept looking at me like I was a deadbeat! I work very hard and make killer money! I've had an account with chase for 17 years. Staff here seems stuck up, judgmental, and snotty. That's my opinion. More the manager than the teller

I recently Switched to this Bank In odessa. The ladies are very sweet and extremely helpful! I had both my Cars refinanced with them the process was very easy very professional. They follow up with me Personally always! Very Friendly Ladies I definitely recommend this location!

Lazy! Called to get info on a property that they had. The lady put me on hold and then said they don’t have any properties and she couldn’t look it up?!? While I’m looking at the public records online and they have a ton of properties! Lazy manager!!! Don’t bank with them they will not help you!
