Been several times, an had issues with them trying to push stuff on me an not taking no for an answer also just purchased a Wii U the Mario edition an got home had a standard Wii without the game had the receipt an had to argue over them giving me the wrong item instead of them just making it right super disappointed in the experience. I just order offline now instead of dealing with it.

Employees are always rude and unhelpful. Worst location in Odessa, sold me a switch controller that shouldn’t have been sold. Went back in an hour later to let the lady know it didn’t work and all she did was give me attitude and then stare at me with a blank face when I asked questions. I think her name is Leslie, short with short light highlighted hair and young and obviously ignorant.

Gabriel was at the register didn’t care to help anyway and throwing around our 50+ dollar items and slamming them on the counter. Major attitude issues and didn’t even ask for our rewards number . he should not be working if he is going to be miserable.

They solely discreetly hate by envisioning people and categorizing them . Don't recommend 0 Morals , Not up to par with what with the customer pleases . Make better options , don't waste Your time Talking to them ...Lucky legal actions haven't been made , into form action practices.

I got the wrong controller with my order. I went to exchange it and the guy was confrontational saying customer service was wrong about the solution. Game stop really sucks. But thanks for the return. I guess

Remembering the time some neckbeard gamestop employee hassled me and forced me to removed a sticker off of a console so he could check its value only to tell me it wasn't able to be sold here. Dude had glasses, was blonde, skinny and was rude and unattentive. Sometime after January 20, 2022 night shifts. Hopefully that rat is fired by now
