Had a flat on my bus on black Friday. These guys were about to close and go home to spend time with their families. Without hesitation the mechanic had me back the bus in and changed the tire. I was blown away by the hospitality these guys gave me. They could have easily said they were closed, and sent me to Love's which is actually where I was going. If you are in the area, and need tire service, this is the place to go. Thanks for getting me back to Wichita falls without any issues.

I took my lawn mower tires in to be filled with rubber on April 27th. I was told they would be ready on May 1st. When I went to pick them up, I was told that the guy who does the tires was sick on Saturday and that they would be ready in a few days. Why do you people only have one guy who is smart enough to fill tires with rubber? Well, a week later they called and said that my tires were ready. I got to GCR at 4 and by 5:15 I still hadn't received my tires. I guess they don't have people smart enough to load 4 little lawn mower tires either. I won't be going back.

I spoke to the after hours guy he agreed to meet me, even makes me drive out to GCR shop with a bad tire, he said he will charge a fee for afterhours I agree, guy never shows up and stops answering his phone. Waited over an hour. People like this give shops a bad name, hire better people GCR. Dont waste your time here, the people that helped me afterall was West Texas Tire Center
