First off, the store was not open at 10am. I sat outside the store, at the tables, waiting till 11:30-11:45am, before i finally gave up. 3 employees inside the store, you could see just hanging out by the registers but kept the doors locked. If you say you open at 10, then open at 10. I found a dress somewhere else. Good luck with these ladies. I took my money elsewhere!!!!!

We walked into to buy prom dresses, no greeting, looked around for twenty minutes and got no greeting. Although one of them was helpful, one said they wouldn’t be surprised if we were going to steal the dresses and calling us names in spanish. They were surprised when we got the dresses but honestly we almost did not buy the dresses because of how terrible the services were and how disrespectful they were. Really dresses probably wouldn’t go there again.

Just to preface, I ordered a designer dress on the rent the runway for my intimate wedding, but the dress did not get to me on time. I found this out just days before the wedding and had nothing to wear. I went to every Dillard's in West Texas and David's bridal and still nothing. Never in a million years did I think I would find my wedding dress at Glamorous Boutique. To be quite honest it looks a little overwhelming from the outside and I just wasn't sure what to expect. Those young ladies are AMAZING. I have many years of retail experience and their customer service was outstanding. Dillard's was atrocious. I highly recommend. The dress that I bought did have some worn areas in the fabric and they were able to smooth all of those out. Glamorous boutique saved the day. Thank you for making my wedding special.
