I came to store at 10 am on a Thursday and the lady that works there literally put a note on the window as I was walking up (be back in 30 min). I knocked and she didn't answer so I waited an hour then left

The guy that works there was rude to me when I told him I did not want to sign up for the rewards program. I hardly ever shop at GNC so it wouldn't benefit me. The next time I need something from GNC, I will just go online. Very dissappointed

Store looks to be on track for closure so this is meaningless, limited to no stock.. the one item I purchased on 9/4/20 had an expiration date of 3/14/20. Contacted the GNC customer service who want me to drive back to this run down store if I choose to pursue a refund/replacement. I'll cut my losses and go back to bodybuilding.com. Enjoy bankruptcy.

Get my amazon packages sent to their hub as it’s the closest one to where I stay and I don’t like getting a bunch of packages sent to the front office.The first time I had no problems with it being delivered or picked up. I ordered a second package that was out for delivery one day since 8am I waited until about 6:30 and checked the ups tracking for it to say it was delivered to the store since 12:36 that day.... so that means they aren’t scanning it into the system. Called 4 different times and no answer. Checked it the next day and it still hasn’t been scanned in to tell me it’s ready for pickup but ups still says it had been delivered. Called again 3 different times and still NO answer. If you aren’t going to do what you need to do to have the amazon hub, just don’t even have it. I’d rather drive farther for a different amazon pickup than this place.
