  Victoria G. in the drive-thru on 43nd Street needs a lesson in professional customer service. The rudeness was unacceptable and reflected on HEB. It's apparent she hates her job. Miserable individuals do not need to be serving the public on any level. I will be transferring my Rx to elsewhere!

  its sooo HORRIBLE… for the past 6 mnths i have been picking up my prescription at HEB PHARMACY IN ODESSA … The Wait is anywhere from 1 hr to an hr n hlf!! RIDICULOUS!! And lately there has only been ONE LINE OPEN!! WHYYYY????? N there is this one elder lady at the window slower than Molasses!! I have just sat there LITERALLY WATCHING HER TALK AND LAUGH JUST STANDING THERE. OPEN UP BOTH LANES PLEASE!! FOR US ALL!!! and get a more quicker worker!!! THE LINE IS TO THE STREET!!! I NEED TO POST ALL MY PICTURES! Something needs to BE DONE!! I love HEB dnt get me wrong but my goodness! N not once have i came across a rude employee but man!! The Pharmacy IS RIDICULOUS!!

  They need to change their times because they dont open at 8 how the times say i called to ask if they where open and someone told me they where getting prescriptions up and they would be ready in half a hour why is it 8:50 and things are not ready up and going? Be on time ! Then walking out vaping not very professional, Definitely will be changing pharmacies.

  If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars, I definitely would. The staff are rude and unprofessional. This is a business in helping people and they all seem to lack of that. And seems to me they cannot handle stress very well. Don't waste your time going here. I waited over 3 hours for 2 prescriptions that were not filled completely. This was my first time using this pharmacy and will not ever bring my business here again.

  Absolute garbage pharmacy. They were provided two scripts direct from the hospital, somehow managed to screw up the order, and then want to argue with a licensed EMT about dosages and blame the doctor that wrote the script.
  We weren’t provided the full amount of medication on the script, this took three hours to include their screw up.
  We are obviously not the first dissatisfied customers/patients and will be informing the proper channels, TSBP most likely, to have this investigated.

  The women who work here are one of the rudest people I’ve dealt with, if you can’t be patient then there’s no need to work for people. Do not get your prescriptions here because apparently these people don’t want to work and they have an attitude the second you get there, not only that they’re very lazy and arrogant.

  If i could give no stars i would! the “pharmacy technicians” are RUDE AND INCOMPETENT idk if they don’t have a good system or what but there is no reason to be waiting 2 hours in a drive thru! This place is absolutely ridiculous if you care about your well being do not get your prescriptions filled here!!! Also even when you call them in the people are rude i get everyone has bad days buttt this hasn’t happened just one time unfortunately…
