Stay away from this hotel if you can as they are NOT A CUSTOMER FOCUSED HILTON HAMPTON HOTEL!! They charge a Premium Room Fee, but only provide a Sub-Standard Hotel Room Experience!
I arrived to be informed that they had started renovations at the hotel and that no elevators were functioning during my entire 3-day stay, yet I would be assigned a room in the upper floors of the hotel, even though I am a long-term Hilton Honors Member!! Further, no hot water was provided during evening showers!! Cold showers, I assume, are OK by Hiton standards! No Air conditioning throughout the hotel was also experienced!
This is a direct reflection of how HILTON HAMPTON INN now reflects on LOYAL Customers and their Relations with such!!!
Hilton Hampton Inn Odessa accepted my reservation at Premium Hotel Room Pricing knowing this (and charged me with such) as the hotel representative acknowledged to me when checking in, but did not notify me of such prior to my arrival, which would have allowed me to at least reconsider which hotel I may have stayed at during my visit with my Customer. I notified my Customer of the hotel conditions, as they were the reference point for staying at the hotel, but they did not seem to be suprised at my stay conditions.
May be time for a CHANGE IN HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS!!!!

This Hampton Inn has to be the best one I've been too. I literally slept like a baby here my whole stay. The service from Alexandria was immaculate and she made me feel right at home. Definitely will come back here for future visits in Odessa.

I’m a Hilton Honors member and travel quite extensively. This was the worst experience at a Hilton property that I have ever experienced. First thing in the The hotel is under construction, not a big deal, but the elevator is not operating. My room is on the second floor at least I came in with. It was a small walk again not a big deal. My issue was with the front desk woman named Carolina. Returning from some meetings, I asked her at the front desk if she had any water available. She told me she did that it would cost one dollar. I asked her if she can charge it to my room and she said no has to be cash. Her only response was that it was hotel policy. I politely asked if she can make an exception for the water since I did not have any cash and it was hot out and since I had been taking the stairs, I was thirsty. She rolled her eyes and again stated it was hotel policy. Not booking here again.

Stayed for two nights.
Comfortable room, great service, and good location.
The breakfast was stellar. Lots of selection, good hours, and plenty of seating. No complaints.
Overall, it's a nice place to stay and I would stay again.

This hotel is nothing but the worst i have ever stayed. Its filthy, dirty and really not worth staying here. I have stayed at hampton inn's before but this was will win the worst hotel award. Not sure how this is even in operations. Old furniture, old and outdated rooms and bathrooms, filthy AC guaranteed to get sick, nothing is good here except for the location.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!! My reservation was from May 2nd - May 4th. On May 2nd we arrived at approximately 10:00 pm. There was a big note on the door stating “elevators are out of order. There are stairs on the right and left to use. Sorry for the inconvenience.” As we proceeded to check in to our room, I asked the front desk resceptionist “merley” if there was any possible chance for us to request a room change to the 1st floor since I had a recent knee injury. It was not stated on Expedia nor on the Hilton App that their hotel was “being renovated and that the elevators were out of order” otherwise I would’ve never booked with Hampton Inn. “Merley” was very dry in her responses and stated “all rooms are occupied right now but you can come back tomorrow morning and see if maybe someone checks out for you all to move to a room on the first floor.” Mind you, we had a tournament to go to for one of my kids the next day which is an all day event. I told her we would be leaving to the tournament at approximately 8 am and wouldn’t be returning until later in the day. She stated “you can come back at noon and see if anything is available”. I asked her if it would be possible for me to call rather than go in person since my child would be playing soccer.” Her response was “it’s up to you but whoever is working in the morning can help you,” with such a careless attitude. We proceeded to keep the room in the third floor that they gave us and went up and down the stairs as necessary. The next morning my son did not attend his first soccer game he had scheduled at 9:30 am, so that we could speak to the front desk receptionist who was working and request a room change. When talking to “Alexandria” in the morning, she let me know to call at 1:00 pm and see if there was a room clean and ready for us to switch.” I let her know I could not let my son miss another soccer game since it was money we were losing and that was the whole reason why we drove 5 hours to Odessa in the first place. “Alexandria” again, stated we could just call and they will assist us. We called at 1:00 pm and they requested for us to drive down to the hotel and wait for a room to be cleaned and take out bags from the old room in the third floor to now, the lobby and wait for a room in the first floor to be ready for us. My kids played in the pool for about 30 minutes, went to shower in the 3rd floor room, got ready, and still nothing was ready for us in the first floor. It wasn’t until after 1:30 pm that Alexandria gave us the green light that a room was ready for us. We finallyyyyyyy after a whole night, a whole morning, and half of the afternoon of the next day, were able to move to the first floor. To tell you the lack of empathy that the receptionists here had, does no justice. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I have added some pictures of the nasty showers and stained lamps… 0/10 experience. Their elevators will not be fixed any time soon. Alexandria stated not until end of August 2025, so good luck with that.

Even though under some repairs and didn't know when we booked the room, the attendant at the front desk put us in room 329 at a great rate and we were treated very kindly and met with apologies for the inconvenience. From now on we will definitely be staying with you all and asking for room 329! It has a glorious bath tub that after a having a pretty bad day was just I needed to relax in. I can't express how much myself and my little family needed our day to end like it did as your guests. My only regret is that I didn't get the name of the young lady that checked us in and was there when we checked us out today. We checked in on 4/12 around 6pm. Please give her credit for doing an outstanding job and putting us on the rewards program for our next stay!
