“duct tape...check ...shovel check... ...trash bags.......i dont need trash bagslightbulbs i need lights arrrrggghhhh regardless of what your looking for...the problem used to be finding it ...i don't bother with staff and all that bull...just download the app order what i think i need and pick it up curbside hell i let them load it too mulch, soil,lumber , bricks, pool stuff yep load all that so i don't have to...and yes they deliver too. technology its great when its good and horrible when it don't work.take my advise avoid pro desk by lumber they are burnt out clock punchers that make the floor guys do everything they dont do anything but ask the guys on the floor to do everything”

“Excellent customer service. We went to the store looking for an item that it said online it was there. We were needing this for one of my son's school projects. When we arrived, we could not find the item. The staff pointed out that that day they did not have it. The gentelman in check out offered to call to the other location to see if they had it there. The other location did have it and the gentelmant requested to hold one for us until we could get there to pick it up. They also gave my son a couple of merchandise items. Very nice staff and we appreciate the collaboration we received from them even if we did not end buying anything there that day.”

“Had an amazing experience with a young man named Austin, very kind man, definitely did what ever he could do to help me make my time there easier at the store and you literally never find that anywhere you go anymore! He helped with stuff that wasn't even in his department and finding it for me! “Shoutout to Larry at Home Depot!
I had scheduled a delivery of landscaping materials and a Gorilla cart to be delivered today, but after hours of processing delays and no delivery, I canceled and headed to the store myself.

After asking five different employees and hearing multiple pages over the intercom, nobody came to help — except Larry, who was stocking tools nearby. Even though he couldn’t operate the forklift himself, he went above and beyond to find help, kept checking on me, and even took charge of clearing the area for the forklift driver.

If it weren’t for Larry’s persistence and dedication, I would’ve been stuck waiting forever. Home Depot needs more associates like him. Thanks again, Larry!”
