This was 2nd appt with the location.The first appt was sent without location. I show up early today to an empty office. A lady come from the back at 2,;00 to let me know that she just started with someone. Mind you, my appt was also at 2 00. This is not the busy season, so not certain about the delay. This was my first time with them and at 2:15, I am leaving and will not consider them again.
Horrible service and I will tell everyone that I meet!!!

I had to explain how to file a corrected W-2 after going back to ADP and asking questions. My “ Tax professional” Also handed me somebody else’s Tax return information thinking that it was mine. Luckily I noticed before we left and I handed the back. Wasted four hours of my time and paid an outrageous amount. I would not recommend for anyone

I had an amazing experience at H&R Block this year! My tax professional was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly thorough, making sure I understood every part of the process. She took the time to answer all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure I got the best possible outcome.
Filing taxes can be stressful, but their expertise and friendly attitude made it an easy and even enjoyable experience. I truly appreciate their dedication to great customer service, and I will definitely be coming back next year. Highly recommend H&R Block for anyone looking for reliable and hassle-free tax assistance!

First of all it's absolutely not in the mall...and just no... it's not a place you want to go .. especially if you're disabled...they lied to my face...I walked out.. I looked up what she told me after I got home and it was a lie....plus they redirected me to several offices that were closed so I was running around all over town wasting my gas...there's that also..

Rude behavior, I wanted to see if they could help an urgent matter, they flat refused me even though I explained my situation. This was a completely waste of time.

In terms of doing the taxes, sure, they do their job. In terms of setting appointments at 1130am and the doors are locked, just to open them later and when i walk in they tell me im late and skip me twice over saying they opened the doors at 1100am...well, i didnt just sit in my car for 20 mins because i had nothing better to do. What i disliked the most is they lied about the door being open when i was on time and arguing about it.

I’ve been getting my taxes done by an out of state branch for a few years. They made an error on my taxes this year and were unresponsive. I come up here to 42nd st branch and the manger Johnnie went out of her way to help me. I really appreciate the time and effort, I’ll be coming here from here on out.

We had an appointment scheduled today at 11 am, when we showed up and after making us wait 40 minutes, they told us that our appointment is at another address and at 7 pm. A waste of time. I must clarify that our appointment was there last year and from that moment it was scheduled for 2024
