“Kayla Munoz is the best. 4:45 Friday evening called needing to add a car to my policy. She was getting ready to close. We were trying to add the car and it kept giving us an error message. She tried everything she could to fix it once we figured it out and got everything paid and taken care of. We still couldn’t see that the car was added. 5:20 kayla still in office trying to make sure that we could get this car added because we needed to add insurance to it. She tried calling the company she couldn’t get the company she was like because their closed. She stated that she would take her laptop so that she could work on it on Saturday. Not thinking to check at 11:45 Saturday she text me and let me know that the car had been added and had emailed me my insurance cards to say go above and beyond. I would say she did more thank you Kayla Nationsplan on sixth 6th St., Odessa, TX.”
