Very poor customer service!! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE if you are in a hurry to get anything. It takes around 2 weeks to get an order and miraculously they have no cancel button to stop your order right after you order it!! and if you are looking for their contact number on their app your out of luck.. found it on the web and called .. was told no cancel button to stop the order. i have emailed numerous times.. i will refuse the order and i have stopped payment on the card. A very ignorant way to do business! no wonder you are losing business! The credit card service agrees that this is a shoddy way of doing business!

Very impressed with the selection of fabric!! More than any other store I've seen in midland/odessa! Staff is friendly too :) got cute sparkly bee print fabric to make a skirt!

Great experience at this location! Fabric was cut nicely, they were quick and friendly in the check out. Was slightly busy when we were there, lots of great deals and coupons.

Leticia was absolutely wonderful. She was not familiar with the cord stop (item) I was shopping for, but she knew which aisle the notions were in and guided me to the exact spot. I showed it to her and explained how I use them and for what I use them. The store wasn’t very busy and she took the time to talk to me about my little craft and she told me that next time I’m in the area to stop and show her! She really made me feel like a valued customer and showed interest in what I was doing. Thank you, Leticia!!!!!

I am a professional seamstress and thus I frequent this specific location on a weekly basis for odds and ends. Going in constantly on different days/times I do find that I’ve interacted with nearly all of this location's employees at some point or another. I have always had great interactions with every single one. Today was definitely no different!I had an issue with a refund that was processed incorrectly (processed as a cash refund and not a CC refund which was an honest mistake by the cashier). Today, when I realized that refund was still not hitting my bank account I reached out to the store for help. I spoke with Dora and from the first moment we started talking she handled everything INCREDIBLY and PROFESSIONALLY! She looked up the ticket, confirmed it was mistakenly processed wrong, AND got me the funds I was missing back into my pocket. Literally all within a couple of hours - if even that. THAT IS NOT EASY OR EVEN POSSIBLE TO DO FOR SOME TRANSACTIONS! Dora went above and beyond and it was so appreciated!This is a smaller Joann Fabric’s location. But interactions like today make coming in store significantly better than buying online! ❤️

Came to this store 7/8 around 8pm. Cashier at cutting section who rang me up didn't know how to fix my discounts. I was the one guiding her and she didn't care that I was teaching her, her job. Anyway try and go elsewhere.

Ordered a 5/8" dowel and a pack of 4 dowels to be delivered to me. When I saw the box I knew the 5/8" dowel was not in it, was way too small. Called customer service and was told I could only get a refund. I let her know I needed it for a customer and had no way to get to the closest store and still wouldn't replace it. Guess JoAnn has forgotten there are other places to buy every single thing in their store. You lost a loyal customer today
