The staff is absolutely horrible. No one ever greets you or asks if you need help. One staff member was scrolling her phone the entire time. Corporate needs to do better of setting customer service standards.

If I could give a zero I definitely would where do I start…
I was looking for a decently priced tennis shoe and was referred to this place…. Yeah a negative zero for customer service. I looked at a shoe not that I couldn’t afford it but I’m a truck driver and was more concerned with spending money on a shoe that was gonna get dirty. I didn’t want to spend $130 on the particular shoe. The associate tried to tell me where I needed to shop as if I didn’t have the money for the shoes in this store. So that prompted me to buy a pair there so I picked out an $80 shoe asked for the size and she comes out the back with ONE shoe. I asked “who wears one shoe”? I need to try both on to see how they feel. She said “we don’t do that”🤔 In my 53 years of life I have never tried on one shoe of a pair.
Visiting from Houston that was the worst customer service and I will not be back and will let anyone else know that they will be treated like a criminal upon walking in this establishment

The people that work here got a bad attitude. You ask them for a shoe size and they look at you like if you just said some bs… makes you not even want to be there y’all should take a look at your staff before they ruin your buisness.

I just wanted to give my upmost recognition on Deziree Garcia for her perfect customer service/ on point and very helpful on every aspect. Ask her to try on a sandal in women for my wife that wasn’t present and she jumped right on it without hesitation.Changed my mind on my last experience. Appreciate the help Dez.

I don’t know why I expect anything different, being that it’s Odessa, but the customer service was lacking at best. Took about twenty minutes to receive service, and I only got it because I interrupted on of the employees that had been staying at her self in the mirror for an extended period of time. My last experience there was wonderful, already went downhill.

Asked an employee to try on a pair of shoes in my size. He claimed there weren't any of my size in-stock when in reality, the jdsports website is showing that there are several in-stock at this Odessa location. He never actually tried to look for the size nor even ever walked to the back. This employee failed to do the only one job that he has. He lacks integrity and work ethic. This employee's name tag is: Edgar. This kid seems like a dimwit moron. Wasted my time driving here from Midland just to deal with a lazy liar.

All the workers there every single one of them are rude and not helpful and when I asked for my shoe size the guy told me if I wanted to look for the size 4y on the shoe wall and I looked through every single dunk shoe to find my size while he stood there and did nothing and on top of that I asked for a try on sock while he said yea and I followed him back to the cash register to which he never gave me one and said anything and had me standing so I left , none of them greeted u or asked u if u needed anything : located at Odessa music city mall ! And also when I asked for my shoe size initially I asked a female worker who wasn’t doing anything and pointed towards her other coworkers and said to ask them for my size
