The district manager david is a scheming pos , doesn't let employees that have worked there for years advance in the company and when they do he doesnt let them have what pay they earn. Not only that but allows sexual harassment and exploitation go on "unnoticed" and refuses to acknowledge and take action on it. Ive been in multiple times and witnessed some of these actions taken place especially by the store manager named "LUIS" , touching young girls and making his way to be around and rubbing up against these young girls and have made multiple reports yet nothing has been done . This company is a joke and will remain that way until further action is taken.

Horrible experience!! I was there tonight with my granddaughter looking for shoes for her bday. Four employees were behind the counter laughing and drinking smoothies and not ONE would help us with finding shoe sizes for my granddaughter.. They never looked in the back.. They would just say no I don’t think we have that size.My 7 yr old granddaughter was upset and didn’t understand why they wouldn’t even look for the size she needed. I intend to go back to that store tomorrow and try to talk to a manager! Don’t waste your time shopping in that store!!I posted my experience on Facebook and I’m also going to post on Yelp.

I went in there with my seven year old granddaughter to find her some shoes for her birthday… There were four employees in there, drinking smoothies, and laughing and talking. No one would help us… When I finally ask them to find a shoe, they didn’t even look they just said there wasn’t one in her size… I asked them three different times for another shoe, and they never even looked. My granddaughter and I both left nearly in tears… I’m on a personal vendetta to get those 4 employees, fired tonight!!

My son 12and daughter 18 were arguing as siblings do. And the employees told my daughter she had to leave the store because "boys had to stick together" she left the store crying. I told the two ladies at the register and they too laughed cause my daughter was outside crying because she was asked to leave... I let them know I didn't think it was funny at all. Very unprofessional and rude. I will never go back to this store again.
